1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the billing and payment portal provided by O'Sullivan's Pharmacy Group Limited ("we", "us", or "our") for the purpose of managing invoices and securely making payments for prescribed medicines and pharmacy services.

By accessing or using the portal, you confirm that you accept and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the portal.

This portal is intended for patients and customers to:

Manage and view recent transaction history

Raise invoice queries directly to our finance and pharmacy teams

Manage and update patient and Next of Kin contact details

4. Use of the Portal

You agree to use the portal only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

  • Share your secure access link with others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the portal or systems
  • Use the portal to transmit false or misleading information

5. Payments

  • Payments made through this portal are securely processed by Dojo, a PCI DSS-compliant payment provider.
  • We do not store or process your full card details directly.
  • Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation receipt via email.

6. Refunds and Disputes

Refunds may be issued where appropriate and subject to validation. Please contact us to request a refund, stating your invoice number and reason for the request. Each refund request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Privacy

Your use of the portal is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which sets out how we process and protect your personal data. By using this portal, you consent to such processing and confirm that the data you provide is accurate.

8. Availability and Access

We aim to ensure the portal is available 24/7. However, access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or unforeseen technical issues. We will aim to notify users of any planned downtime where possible.

9. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on this portal, including our logo and branding, are the property of O'Sullivan's Pharmacy Group Limited or licensed to us and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of the portal or delay/failure in processing payments, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable Irish consumer law.

11. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, operational, or technical changes. The most current version will always be posted on the portal. Continued use of the portal indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
